Bespoke Sussex Table
This one off, handmade piece is named after the British county of Sussex, the area the Nafisi Studio is located in, with a vision of promoting locally made craft, completed in September 2018. The leg top joints are an original design, invented by Abdollah Nafisi in 2018 and named ‘The Sussex Joint’. Though rooted in Japanese dovetailing, they achieve an innovative and modern aesthetic updating this tradition and inspiring the global community of joiners.
