I created ‘MaGorsson’ to promote and celebrate classic constructed textiles techniques: bobbin lace, whole cloth hand quilting. Humanity has sought to adorn its environment and person using textiles since time immemorial. We have a well established tradition of bobbin lace, hand quilting in the British Isles, influenced and cross pollinated by European textile traditions.
