About Tom Farmer
A keen hobbyist craftsperson with an interest in learning heritage crafts. Starting out as a woodworker from a young age I have undertaken apprenticeships and short courses to become an established joiner and blacksmith. Unable to source quality edge tools I now produce a range of woodworking tools, hand saws, edge tools and marking tools to a traditional standard in three-quarter size and full size for children and adults alike. Occasionally I run bespoke training courses in blacksmithing and bushcraft. I also have a basic ability in leather working, signwriting, basket making and carving. I mill and dry my own timber from local woodlands and use this in tool handles and one-off joinery products.
