About Sarah Welsh

A made-to-order service for hand made Contemporary Crochet, Cabin Lace and Porthole Covers for Narrowboats and Home Interiors. Crochet lace is traditionally used as edging strips to decorate the area of a canal narrowboat cabin between ceiling and wall, and along shelf edges. Strips of filet crochet lace can also be used to create curtains across windows, cafe net curtain stye, and crochet lace circles, rather like doilies, are used to cover portholes. I also make contemporary crochet items including beaded lace, as clothing or furnishings, creating my own designs and patterns. Sarah Waterways Craft Guild Senior Journeyman in Cabin Crochet
