About Janis Embleton
Using a traditional Swedish wooden floor loom, Janis's work ranges from stunning silk and linen scarves, wraps and fabric lengths to interior textiles such as cushions, throws and curtain lengths. She also produces one-off abstract wall-hangings which are suitable for both the home and public spaces. Janis also teaches beginner and intermediate classes in one-to-one sessions or group workshops.

If you have an interest in textiles and would like to try your hand at weaving, I can offer lessons to suit all levels of experience; my sessions are for both beginners and those with some experience.
