Clare Hedges designs and hand makes bespoke passementerie from her studio in Norfolk. Working with a wide range of customers including interior designers, private clients, furniture makers and restorers and heritage groups she specialises in colour matching and reproducing antique pieces.
Heritage commissions include the V&A Museum, Raynham Hall, Cressingham and Ickworth churches, braid for Coronation chairs and horse drawn carriages. National Trust commissions include Felbrigg Hall, Oxburgh Hall, Clumber Park, Lyme Park and Knole House. Clare works extensively with Candia Lutyens producing tassels for light fittings made to Edwin Lutyens designs, most recently at The Ned Hotel in London. Private houses in the UK, Canada, Australia, Spain and Ireland.
