I am a Horological Conservator for The Royal Collection Trust. I specialize in all things horological and like to take a 'historical' approach in any repairs I carry out (not reliant on modern technology such as CNC's machines or any software). My aim is: "preservation of the craft through the preservation of the object".

I specialize in all things horological and I am very interested in the different ways clocks were constructed over the past centuries.
A current project is re-discovering the techniques used to construct clocks in the 1500's (clocks made by blacksmiths), using material and techniques of the time. To do this I am a volunteer in the forge of a local open air museum.
