I have been working with a crafts person for over two years and am 16 years old. We often mix site work with workshop work, meaning we can make and fit built-in fitments, etc. During the year, we also often take on several insulation/weatherproofing jobs, including sash window restoration. In my spare time, I have been venturing into carving and layered 3D wooden pieces of art.
