Deborah is a traditional vernacular hand quilter working in a nineteenth century flat frame to create modern interpretations of British quilting designs using a traditional rocking stitch technique. Deb is also a PhD candidate writing and researching a new history of British quilt making, exploring the quilt as an emotional object.
