Inspired by the distinctive character sought in locally sourced woods Anne carefully hand crafts bellows to create unique, attractive, practical pieces.
Soft leather is selected to complement the wood. Tacks and the locally manufactured nozzle, designed by Anne, complete each bellows. Natural oil and wax polish - the final, rewarding step - brings the wood to life.
Anne began building bellows after feeling faint blowing on her own home fire!
